A DESERT ENGAGEMENT (not really, but kind of) | Kara + Christian

In honor of Kara + Christian tying the knot this week I decided to share a blog post dedicated to these two beautiful souls.

We are a family of photographers, Mother and daughters who have shared a business for over a decade now, so when Christian walked into Kara’s life and started making her smile a little more and brought her so many laughs we started to suspect something might be up. They were friends for a couple years first but I think they would both look back on that friendship and say they were slowly and surely falling bit by bit into the love they have for each other now.

To Christian + Kara, I hope you both know that there is a never ending pool of love for you guys from us, and that we can see such a bright and joyful future for you both filled with love, family, friends, and the Lord. May he bless you both! Now let’s go do this crazy wedding of yours!

Kara + Christian are both in love with the tones and vibe of the desert, so we drove up to the outer banks of North Carolina (the largest dunes on the east coast, since we don’t actually have sand dunes within a days drive) and got that awesome sahara feel!
